I cleaned my shower yesterday with easy off bam and left to soak a bit, now the surrounding natural tiles have white stains that disappear when wet but persist despite scrubbing. Help!

If you mean the Easy Off bathroom cleaner, then you maybe have some acid salts.
Try sugar soap, and then Ajax Spray n Wipe, in that order.
