I need some advice on what products to use to give my indoor terracotta tiles and grout a good clean and then seal them please?
Tiles are already sealed (unlike slate), and nothing you could put on them would make them any less porous than they are. The best way to clean grout is with oven cleaner, or any other alkaline cleaner like sugar soap. Spray it on, wait about 10 minutes, and then it will wipe off with gentle abrasion from a stiff brush (toothbrushes work very well).
