No matter how much I clean y window panes, they remain dull and streaked. Short of replacing the glass, is there something I can do?
Two things – you must use a specific window cleaner: Windex has been the market leader virtually forever as it doesn’t leave residues. Anything else, or any home remedy you might be looking at will. Secondly you have to use one of those squegee things that professional glass cleaners do, with a sponge on one side and a rubber strip on the other. They’re pretty cheap from hardware or automotive stores
