stainless steel percolator

Hi
Can you please advise on the best way to clean the inside of my stainless steel percolator? Looks like some scale and coffee type stains which don’t come off with standard soap. Should I try bicarb soda and/or vinegar?
Thanks for your advice

Bicarb and vinegar neutralise each other so that won’t achieve anything. Coles (and presumably woolies) sell a descaling solution for use in automatic machines. I forget the title but it’s in the same aisle as the coffee beans and is cheap

Bicarb and vinegar neutralize each other. If fizzes, but that’s all it does. Sugar Soap should work
