I have a couple of plastic dog kennels that are outdoors in the sun and even with a good scrub, will not come back to the colour they were. Without painting them is there a way to clean them that will enhance the colour?
When wet they come up quite nicely but when dry they go back to faded colour

Nope. You;ll need to re-paint them with a sun resistant paint.
