I have a big Norfolk Island Pine in front of the house. It keeps dropping sticky whitish drops on the front steps to the house which are covered with grey tiles. I tried to get rid of them with hot soapy water and a scrubbing brush – to no avail
These sap/resin drops are all over the front garden plants but I supposeIi can’t do anything about it besides from having the tree removed…………

Try an oven cleaner. Spray on, wait ten minutes and hopefully they’ll dislodge easily. If that doesn’t work, try acetone. Or, I wonder if boiling water would work?
