I have Lichen growing on my clay roof tiles and timber battens under my pergola.
I was hoping you can advise a product to use which does not contain chloride as I believe chloride may damage the clay roof tile coating and is no good for gutters

By “chloride” do you mean bleach? You will find that oven cleaner will remove it effectively. If it’s a large area get some caustic soda from Bunnings and make it up at about a 10% solution in a generic Garden sprayer. Spray on, leave for a while, and it should just hose off.
