If you’ve tried drain or oven cleaner (caustic soda) it’s not organic. That means there is no simple solution. Get some “wet and dry” sandpaper from the hardware store (it’s the black stuff). It’s designed to work when wet. Put on some gloves and use it to scrub the stain. It should come off pretty easily with fairly fine paper.
